That's why Today's Recipe SAVES THE DAY! These Keto Chicken Nuggets are super simple to make. They're also MUCH healthier than any fast food or frozen supermarket nuggets.

Ingredients (4 servings):
1 chicken breast, precooked
½ ounce grated parmesan
2 tbsp. almond flour
½ tsp. baking powder
1 egg
1 tbsp. water

Directions:
1. Cut the chicken breast into slices and then into bite size pieces. Set aside.
2. Combine the parmesan, almond flour, baking powder, and water. Stir.
3. Cover the chicken pieces into the batter, and then place directly into the hot oil. Remove when golden.

IMPORTANT: Be sure to use sugar/carb-free ketchup! You could also try keto mayo and dill dip too!
